• Harbour & Hills Australia will assess whether the services offered are clinically appropriate for your needs and within the psychologist's scope of practice, competence and available capacity.

• Harbour & Hills Australia may prioritise clients based on clinical suitability, risk considerations, treatment readiness, referral requirements, service availability and practice capacity.

• Harbour & Hills Australia may determine that another service, practitioner or support is more appropriate for your circumstances.

• Harbour & Hills Australia may periodically review the waitlist and contact you to confirm whether you wish to remain on it.

• If Harbour & Hills Australia is unable to contact you after reasonable attempts, or if you do not respond within the requested timeframe, your name may be removed from the waitlist.

• Waitlist placements are generally reviewed after three (3) months. If an appointment has not become available within that period, the practice may close the waitlist entry and recommend alternative services.
