The 90 Minute Workshop
$1,500.00

This interactive, evidence-informed workshop equips staff with practical strategies to strengthen resilience, reduce risk, and support psychosocial wellbeing in high-demand roles. Participants gain a clear understanding of workplace stress factors, protective strategies, and sustainable performance practices that can be implemented immediately.

Designed for educators, frontline teams, and corporate staff, the session balances psychological insight with realistic, workplace-ready tools to support both individual wellbeing and healthier team culture.

Half-day Workshop (3–4 hours)
$3,000.00

This half-day workshop is designed to support organisations in understanding and responding to psychosocial hazards in the workplace, in line with current work health and safety obligations. The program provides a structured, evidence-informed overview of psychosocial risk factors, protective strategies, and practical measures that support staff wellbeing and sustainable performance.

Across 3–4 hours, participants explore common psychosocial hazards such as workload, role clarity, emotional demands, and low self-care risks, alongside practical approaches for early identification, risk reduction, and support at both individual and team levels. The session integrates psychological frameworks with applied discussion and real-world examples.

Participants leave with a clearer understanding of psychosocial wellbeing responsibilities, practical strategies that can be implemented immediately, and a foundation for building safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplace culture.
